CREDIT SCORES
Credit scores provide insight into an individual’s financial history, including their track record of repaying debts and managing finances. It also provides significant leverage to the manager when it comes to collecting any past debts.


BACKGROUND CHECKS
Our background checks include past criminal activities. We also check to determine if a prospective tenant is listed as a sexual predator in an effort to try to make the neighborhood safer for everyone.

RENTAL HISTORY
Reviewing rental history, when applicable, can reveal any past problems or issues with previous landlords or neighbors. This information allows landlords to identify potential red flags, such as payment history, frequent lease violations, noise complaints, or property damage.


INCOME VERIFICATION
Requesting income verification from prospective tenants helps us determine if they have the financial stability to conservatively afford rent payments.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Obtaining employment details provides assurance that the tenant is employed or has a stable income source, reducing the risk of late or missed payments and potential eviction proceedings.


BANKRUPTCIES / LIENS
We also check to determine if the prospective tenant has filed for bankruptcy in the past or has unpaid liens filed against them.
